(Whew)

With many false starts, the Eat 4 Today blog is officially open for business!

Our mission – A place to discuss food and eating and the state of the world, is deliberately broad. Most often conversations will stick closely to the food & eating (and related health) issues. But, the state of the world directly affects our control over those issues and so all topics are open for discussion here.

We have 3 or 4 regular authors – who will be introducing themselves throughout the next couple of days. And all registered users are encouraged to comment on the articles. And registration takes just a couple of seconds (the biggest challenge is finding your emailed password — mine was caught by my spam filter!).
That password can be changed to something easily remembered by you anytime (just click on the siteadmin link).

That’s it for the administrative details, I’ll see you in a little while with something more interesting.

    Eat 4 today great idea! Did you really drink 5 cokes a day with chocolet covered cherries?! It’s like you were on heroin and you never told me!

    retta – Ductapefatwa was the Coke drinker. I haven’t had a coke since 1987 or 1988 when I heard it caused cellulite.

    Like I said in my introduction — I’m very good at quitting stuff. It’s controlling stuff that gives me grief.

    Well, hello Everyone! What a wonderful idea? This is a great idea for a new blog!

    I welcome this new offering and I’ll be happy to participate. I have my own health scare and the associated diet/food problems to share and I’ll be doing that via comments on author’s lead stories. I also have some questions to put out there.
