Just 4 Today: January 30, 2006

Just 4 Today: I will use my lunch our to call my Republican Senators to beg them to support the filibuster (why not jam their phone lines — they should know how I feel just like a Democrat would).

And I’m going to drink 2 liters of water while I’m at work. Just 4 Today.

    I have now gone without playing that video game ever since the start of this site. Thank you very much! I feel a need to say it for a few days again: Just 4 Today I will not play the video game. Just 4 today I will not eat between meals. Just 4 today I will actually write instead of just thinking about writing.

    I had my 2 liters of water at work and a couple of glasses since I came home! And I walked at work also. (smile)

    ManEgee if you will get Perrier Lime or some other flavored but not sweetened carbonated water it will make it a little bit easier.
