Just 4 today I will not eat between meals, or play that computer game, and I will write. Just 4 today, just as I successfully did yesterday.
Just 4 today I will get 20 extra minutes of aerobic exercise. I will not eat between meals and will get some housework done.
I have a sore throat, so just 4 today I will have an occasional lozenge that is not sugar free because I could not find anesthetic ones that did not contain glucose and sucrose.
We will see how angry this makes the meter.
Also I have obtained a quantity of Teas’Tea and I will endeavor to drink as much of it as possible.
actually today, I am taking it easy. I was called in on Sunday night around 2045 hrs and worked till I came home yesterday at 1500 hrs. I did have a break of 2 1/2 hrs and slept on an empty bed. I am still trying to get over this today. I went to lie down for just a short nap at 1530 hours and slept till 0130. I have had a horrible day trying to get back in the sync of life today… Hope ya all are doing well..sorry to hear about your sore throat DTF. Gargle with some warm salt water too above what esle y ou are doing.
Thanks for reminding me of that Brenda! I have been a bit lost without being able to take refuge in my traditional sore throat behavior of honey, lemon and brandy.
Have written Just 4 Today. So far so good on all fronts. And backs.
Today, I got on my elliptical trainer glider-like piece of exercise equipment today. For 10 minutes, but I do want to start gradually, plus it’s a new thing for me, a bit awkward, and I want to get used to it. But I feel resolved to stick with this. Plus, my anxiety has been acting up, and I’m feeling the need to address that lately. OK, just wanted to give kudos to myself.

Indeed…kudos to you Sherm and to everyone for holding onto their goal Just 4 Today. I’m so way behind on my exercise goals I’ll never get caught up. Oh well, there’s always tomorrow…
