Olivia, while I can’t write it at work, I can think about it while I do my walking. And now that I’ve reinforced it my talking about it ‘out loud’ it’s more likely to get done. (a hint to everyone drifting on projects)
kb. I just typed “yoga” because I was tired of adding the “ish,”, but yeah, there’s a big diff between real yoga and what I do. Like the different between FOX “news” and what real journalists do. What I do is just stretching and balance exercises that I learned in yoga classes but which I don’t practice as “yoga,” the real discipline.
J4T I will drink 2 litres of water, and not eat anything sweet (‘cept for fruit). No junk food either, as that is becoming a bad habit, which means no eating between/after meals, or making them a ‘meal’.
kansas, from your description, I think what I do would be called yoga-ish too. Speaking of which, I will do half an hour of that this evening too.
Just 4 today, I will not scratch The Wound. I will not have a coca-cola, I will not put sugar in my tea, and I will make every effort to eat what I am supposed to eat when I am supposed to eat it.
