I meant to post this 20 minutes ago, but just as I was about to publish, we got shaken by a gigantic thunder clap and BAM everything shut off for just long enough to wipe the post clean away!

Walking — I’ve been walking (and it makes it really hard to type!)
It seems like a good time for more laps. . .
Did my yoga-ish. Didn’t eat between meals. Drank my water.
I lifted refried beans for 5 minutes. I could have gone on longer but my thumbs got tired.
kansas, 30 minutes of yoga-ish seems intimidating to me.
I stretched, in a very leisurely sort of way…
I just discovered that I never took off my pedometer tonight and I’ve walked 3/4-mile since I got home, with just my pacing and walking up and down the hall.
So that’s 3-3/4 miles today!!!
katiebird, that’s awesome! I went on the treadmill and did some stretching and even some situps. Now I’m inspired to wander around the house for a few minutes, to add some more movement to my day.
