E4T – Exercise Blog: Take relaxing stroll down your hallway or around the living room

It’s Friday!! And I’m going to add my two cents to the dueling Commitment-Rants after I go to couch for a bit of rest.

But before my couch, I’ll do my walking — 5 minutes on the half-hour.

  1. I put 1.1 miles onto my treadmill, at a grand pace of 3mph, and did some situps. I hope that makes up for the few doritos I had just before dinner :(

    And I did some more walking and just finished lifting my refried beans for 10 minutes. It sure is easier doing it with a friend!

  3. I did my walking earlier in the day, doing errands and accompanying Madame to a few emporiums to purchase things I do not understand but appreciate once they are installed and providing me with comfort and beauty.

    So this evening I will stretch myself.
