The E4T Fruit and Vegetable Bar — we’re thinking about working more fruits and vegetables into our diets. Today, I’ve sliced an apple and brought it to work in a baggie.
I’ve got a big back of two kinds of apples and a bunch of oranges.s So that’s my fruit choices for the week.
Unless I run out to the store for some bananas. I keep thinking about a mixed fruit bowl of apple, orange and banana. Hmm.

So far, I’ve had 2 fruit yogurt cups (the Danone Silhouette, 40 calories per cup), and some asparagus that was leftover from yesterday’s dinner, as well as some green peppers & onions that were in the pasta I had for lunch. I learnt today that asparagus doesn’t keep well once it’s been cooked, but shrivels up as it loses water content. still tasted ok though!
