The E4T Exercise Blog, a relentless reminder to get off the couch and stretch or walk or run-in-place. Just for 5-minutes at a time, in 4 sets. We’re doing it on the hour tonight and we’re ready for the 1st set now.

Update 8 pm: Running to Osco (2nd set)
Update 9:10 pm: What an hour that was! The battery was dead so getting to Osco was actually a project. We’ve got it recharging now. I hope it ‘takes’. Does holding the tools count as exercise?

Well, I AM running on empty. This weekend will feature a celebration for the tenth marriage anniversary of a descendant, and accompanying Madame on Menu Ingredient Reconnaisance Maneuvers this morning has exercised me enough to last a week.
However, I am informed that tomorrow a similar expedition, this time for decorations, will be launched, so my exercise this evening will consist of Ben Gay tube lifts and squeezes as I recover from today and rest up for tomorrow…
