E4T Exercise Blog, a chance to walk another mile without any effort at all (Or spend the time on the exercise of your choice). We spend 5 minutes an hour walking, jogging, lifting or stretching. And by the end of the night, we’ve added another 20-25 minutes to our exercise total for the day.
We’re a few minutes late for the 1st Set. But let’s start now. Ready?
Update (7:36 pm) – 2nd Set? I’m ready, are you? (Walking the halls, that’s me)
Update (8:28 pm) – 3rd Set. And I just got back from the store and now I find out the battery on my pedometer is dead. Now what?
Update (9:35 pm) – 4th Set. I’m taking Ductapes advise and sticking to the stretches. Not that I’ve been resting, oh no — we’ve been doing that special exercise Find the Dropped Pill: Real Exercise for Real Life adapted for new battery searches. Sadly we failed so I’ll be sans pedometer tomorrow.

LOL well tomorrow morning, you pick up another couple of batteries, I assume it uses some special one of a kind you don’t have a package of in a drawer someplace.
And especially since you are recuperating, just do stretches tonight, that is what I am doing, I am also recuperating, but from the weekend celebrations!
