Yesterday I achieved my goal, but blew it by having ice cream around 8:00 p.m. … thus gaining half a pound instead of losing.
Just 4 Today I will only eat two pieces of the heavenly and addictive Hershey’s Nuggets (Special Dark Chocolate with Almonds) … although science has proven that both dark chocolate and almonds are GOOD FOR YOU.o I will only eat two servings of chips (one at lunch and one at dinner). I will walk on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes (while watching my previously taped soap opera episode ofi “All My Children” [I've watched Susan Lucci grow up as Erica Kane and become quite cranky if the power goes out and I miss an episode]) … AND I will refrain from ice cream of any7 flavor … J4T

I think it’s more likely that you gained the 1/2 pound from not drinking enough water or just pure bad luck. Not that you want to do it everyday — but unless you ate a great deal of ice cream, I don’t think it could translate that quickly into 1/2 pound of fat.
As an experiment, try drinking an extra liter of water today and see if the extra pound disappears.
