E4T Exercise Blog. These boots are made for walkin’

With just 5 minutes an hour we can work in an extra mile of walking. But it doesn’t have to be that — you can stretch, lift, hop or toss. It doesn’t matter at all. The idea is to get up off our couches or chairs for a little extra exercise in the evening.

It’s 7:10 pm, are you ready for the 1st Set?

Ah (stretch) 8:00 update: This walking thing is fun. Have you tried it?

UPDATE – 9:15 pm!! Let’s get up and get moving.

UPDATE – 10:45, I’m late.: But, that’s OK — Because it’s really never too late to get up off that couch for a 5 minute walk. Let’s do it now!
