I’m keeping track of this in a calendar also, just so I can carry it around as a reminder. But posting the public commitments helps me to focus on the important goals — and they aren’t all food or exercise related.
Just 4 Today I’m going to drink 2 liters of water and walk 3 miles (I’m going to go to the high school track for a while after dinner.) And because this will be a weird enough day (This will be my 2nd day in the new office and I’m off work for the appointments with doctors this afternoon) I’m not going to commit to more than that.

Good morning FM! The first step for me is to actually get dressed — Time’s flying and it’s almost time for me to leave for work!

J4T I will drink 2L of water, not eat between meals and try to move more throughout the day. I will also spend at least a couple of hours looking for a job (unfortunately people aren’t lining up to hire me at the moment).
