(stretch) (yawn) Wait! Before you totally relax!

Take a little walk around your living room. I know, you’re anxious to rest, but let’s each spend 5 minutes walking around. THEN you can relax for an hour or so. Yes, this is the E4T Exercise blog . . . .
Time — 6:40 p.m. First Set.

Update, 7:43 p.m. Second Set. Time for a walk. (picture me pacing)

Update, 8:39 p.m. Third Set. Have you rested up? This one’s the hard one. It’s so tempting to point out all the other times I’ve done my walking tonight. But, this is no time to slack off. Come on! Just 5 minutes!

Update — 9:30 p.m. Fourth Set. At last! If we do this set, we actually can relax knowing we did all we could.

My exercise this evening consisted, once again, of descendant-washing. It is definitely one of the more vigorous exercise activities, and I am now recovering with the aid of multiple pillows and copious amounts of strong (unsweetened) tea.
