May 9, 2006 — Just 4 Today

This is a regular work day for me (yesterday was weird) so, I mainly want to get back in my routine. Just 4 Today, I’ll walk 3 miles and drink 2 liters of water.p And I’ll try to find out more about using hand weights and other in-office/cubicle exercises.

  2. You don’t want to know what all this traveling has done to my eating habits. Pass up free food? Not me, apparently. But Just 4 Today I will not eat between meals.
