Spring Cleaning — Are you ready to reevaluate your goals and The Commitment?

I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. Just today. And I’m going to try this for a year to see what happens.

Earlier today I mentioned in a comment that a fall wedding helped keep me motivated and focused on The Commitment last fall. But, I haven’t been lacking motivators since.n The diabetes issue is always there. Although experience tells me that if I’m not careful I could, again, block all my concern from my mind. And I have an ever growing list of other health issues each with their one nutritional and exercise requirements.

And all those health issues have been affected by my weight loss also. Now that we are moving more reliably into spring, it seems like a good time to evaluate my goals. Here’s what I’ve noticed: Continue reading
