And if the answer’s no, I’m not going to eat.

I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. Just today. And I’m going to try this for a year to see what happens.

I’m so glad I found The Hacker’s Diet — it’s just in time to give me the boost I need at this point. My weight seems to be pretty stable. It’s actually taking some thought to keep it from drifting up again. That’s exactly what The Hacker’s Diet is meant to combat, so yay! I’ll keep writing about it as I work my way through the sections.

I’m also going to continue with the Live version of Eat4Today. We made a new version of the flyer for the next session (which will be next week):

Eat4Today Goes Live

If you’re close to Kansas City on June 21st it would be wonderful if you could come. It will start at 5:30 and I’ll be there for an hour or so.

Meanwhile, on the subject of not eating between meals that was a real struggle yesterday.h And today, I’m going to get back to the simple question — Is this a Meal? Is this a Meal? Is this a Meal?

And if the answer’s no — I’m NOT going to eat. Just Today.
