Just 4 Today, I’ll take my fiber supplement (I’ve taken it once!) and drink 2 liters of water and walk 3 miles and do some house work.
It looks like it might rain off and on today, so I should probably walk while the sun is out-ish.
Your goal doesn’t have to be food/exercise related. What have you got planned for the day?> Are you really going to get it done?

I’m going to go garage sale-ing, which should include much walking. Then there’s a craft fair to go to. Then maybe a little BBQ tonight. Still too cold to go in the pool, which is filled to almost overflowing by the recent rains.
J4T I’m going to drink 2 liters of water. I got the lawn mowed today. Ya Hoo! It’s to hot to do the weed eating now, so hopefully the momentum will carry over tomorrow.

J4T I will drink 2L of water, and not eat between meals. After having a temporary moment of panic yesterday, I realised that I really don’t have that much to do – I just don’t like dealing with difficult people. Today, I need to talk to some florists to get an idea of pricing, and write up some coverletters/resumes for jobs. I will also go to the gym this evening
