Just 4 Today, I’ll write down everything I eat and drink, I’ll drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk one liter), walk 3 miles (I’m so glad I found my pedometer yesterday!!), weigh myself (the news wasn’t good) and take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve done it once)
