June 26, 2006 — Just 4 Today

Just 4 today I’m going to walk 3 miles (wouldn’t it be great if I could walk 6 miles again today?) and drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 1/2 liter) and take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once already.) And spend some time looking at new templates for the site.m I like the look of this one, but it’s got some navigational issues that bother me. So if I could find something that looks pretty much the same but is easier for me to understand, that would be wonderful.

Your goal could be anything — not just food related.n What are you going to do today?

    J4T I will drink 2L of water and not eat between meals. I went to a hot yoga class (yoga in a room that’s hotter than 30C) this morning, and have to go shopping this afternoon with a dance practise at night. I think my exercise component for the day is taken care of :P

    Hi monalisa and FamilyMan. I’ve spent the day working on family photographs. Eight hours I think. But I got hundreds of photos uploaded (so they can order prints) and burned on dvds (one for each family.)

    monalisa, is the wedding this weekend?
