Just 4 today, I’ll do the regular things — drink 2 liters of water, take my fiber supplement twice and walk 3 miles. But I wall also work on the next section of The Hacker’s Diet.g I’ve GOT to get out of my rut.
J4T I will drink 2L of water, and not eat between meals. I’m still a bit hesitant to post a picture (at least, one with my head in it), it feels a bit weird… but I’ll decide what to do during the day… I’ll also try to think about the weighted moving average stuff from the Hacker’s diet – it made sense to me fairly quickly, probably because I’ve seen moving averages before.
Just4Today I will drink my water over the course of the day and pass on the fast food for lunch. I will also take the time to reevaluate my eating/sleep cycles and work to make them better so I feel and become more healthy.
