Just 4 today I will not eat between meals and I will not take seconds. And I will walk 3 miles (I walked 3 miles yesterday and almost 9 the day before), take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once) and drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk a little over 1 liter already.)
And just today, I’ll post my progress here as I go along.

I’ve been off my water for a day or two, but J4T I’ll drink 2 liters of water.
I’ve walked 1.73 miles, so I’m a little over halfway!
I haven’t had anymore water since I got here — I’m still dealing with the liter I drank before I left the house.
katie, I’m following your lead 4today. I’m wearing my pedometer, have my Nalgene bottle charged up (32 ounces down already) and wrote my plan on a yellow Post-it and stuck it to my computer monitor.
I’ve added: “When I’m hungry, I will dring more water.”
I’ll stop in later and tell you how it went!

Well, today went OK. Not great, although I kept to my Committment, but I don’t feel any real semse of accomplishment or even relief.
I did get my protein bars today, so my lunch prospects are looking up!
I’m off to do 30+ minutes of an exercise DVD; it’s still too hot outside!

I didn’t check in here today but I am happy to report that I drank my water throughout the day (spread out, because I’m borderline neurotic about that), I went for a good walk around my complex during my workbreak and also took a walk this evening. Plenty of sweating with the heatwave called summer around here. All-in-all I felt i did good with moderate eating and being more conscious about my health. Day-by-day.
