July 17, 2006 — Just 4 Today

17 07 2006

Just 4 Today I will drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 2/3), walk 3 miles (I’ve averaged 5 miles a day for the last week — 35 total), take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once.) I’d like to stay home and read a book.u But (just today), I’ll go to work.

What are you going to do today?

J4T I’ll drink my two liters of water and do my non-slackly things around the house.

Hope everyone has a good day.

Hi katiebird and Family Man. J4T I’ll drink my 2 liters of water and take a walk during my breaks instead of sitting at my desk or in the break room full of snacks. I’m also starting a new round of Total Body Makeover soon, will give details as soon as I nail them down. Have a good one.

A good day! It was HOT! but I still got out for two miles at lunch. I added another group of steps so made my 10K steps before I even got home. Wonderful lamb chops and a cool cucumber salad for dinner. And two liters of water…not bad.

I’m working six days this week, so my routine will be easier to follow…sleeping in and eating late…the weekends just play havoc with my plans!

Good going, guys!!!

It’s hot here too!

But I still got 4-1/2 miles (whew!) I’m all prepared to start following The Hacker’s diet. Tomorrow will be my first official weigh-in. Manee, we’ll both be starting our new routines at nearly the same time!

I’m anticipating that The Hacker’s diet stories will become more and more personal as I gain direct experience.

4today, FamilyMan & Manee — thanks for keeping us posted with your progress.

What the… I don’t see anything after the 11th on the top page or RSS?

I made oyster stew for lunch today. Two helpings put me right & there’s more for later this afternoon if I need it.

Hot here too… hey, it’s Planet Georgia + July, that always equals hot. I think riding the motorcycle to work & back helps a lot… if you’re outdoors, you get acclimated to the temps and it isn’t so bad, even with a helmet & jacket.

FAR, I’m really struggling with my schedule. It turns out mister really likes talking to me (weird, isn’t it?) and since I’m not getting up at the crack of dawn anymore — I’m hardly ever alone….

I have a feeling that will settle out a little once we get used to each other. But for now, It’s been hard for me to post. And Walk. And do my afternoons with the parents.

I’d feel worse about it but this is the slow season around here. In the past summers have been pretty much just me.

I’m here — and I haven’t forgotten. But, I’m a disorganized mess lately.
