Just 4 today I’ll drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 3/4s liter), take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once), walk 3 miles or more (yesterday I walked 3.5 miles) and take joy in the fact that the heat wave broke. It was 75 degrees when I got up and it’s 68 degrees now.f It looks like winter is right around the corner!

I met all my goals today: walked in the heat, ate on-plan, drank my water…I’m using the “Eat Clock.” That concept has really helped me 1) weigh myself daily and 2) not freak out when my weight varies.
I’ve been seeing the same five pouunds come and go for the last year. I’m thinking this is the time to go for it…Out of the overweight BMI and into the normal BMI territory!
