The weekend begins and the challenge to my routine does as well!
I’ve got my water bottle full and having my 0830 apple snack. I’ll put on my pedometer and take off fo rthe 3 mile walk here shortly…
It’s getting so I hate weekends!
Good morning/afternoon everyone. J4T I will drink my 2 liters of water spread out through the day and be conscious of all my food’s nutritional value. No snacks between meals either (that’s rough when the stress kicks up at work). Instead I’ll take a walk through the complex, or outside if it’s not raining.
J4T I will drink 2L of water, not eat between meals, and indulge in a slice of birthday cake – I’m another year older

So far I’ve gotten up 3 times to buy candy. Once I drank a big glass of water, once I walked around the park, and once I told myself that I don’t want to put candy in the rubber bag today (yuck!)
Also, I keep telling myself that every 120 calories I don’t eat is a big, big deal. And wait until later if I really have to have it (which I don’t).
I wonder what I’ll do next time?
