Just 4 Today, I’ll take my fiber supplement 3 times (I’ve taken it once) I’ll walk 3 miles (I haven’t been walking much lately) I’ll drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk nearly one liter) and I’ll make a sandwich for lunch.
It’s been getting dark earlier and we’re going to have to make a new routine. We’ve been taking our last walk at 8pm but, that doesn’t really work anymore. It’s just too dark (I get dizzy during that dusky period) to walk safely at that time.
And I’m trying to have an afternoon fiber-boost because it keeps me from craving afternoon snacks. I bought some packs of Metamucil Wafers which give me the illusion and satisfaction of a cookie treat (and they’re filling).

I’ve taken my 2nd fiber supplement and walked about 1/2 mile (I think I need to recalibrate my pedometer. I think it’s a little off.) And I did make my sandwich, so I don’t have to worry about lunch.
