Just 4 Today, I’ll drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once) and walk 3 miles.
After a not-so-good day yesterday, I’m trying to keep things simple today.
What will you be doing Just Today? It doesn’t have to be food related. We’ve worked on a lot of different goals in this spot. The important thing is to work on them one day at a time.

Yes, a new day! I was whining yesterday, but haven’t faltered today. I can do this. We all can.
I’ve been good too. My idea is to have these fiber wafers which are just a little sweet but because they’re packed with fiber are filling and don’t seem empty at all. If I have a packet a little after lunch, I don’t think about eating at all.

I managed not to binge on a very stressful day.
