August 31, 2006 — Just 4 Today

Just 4 Today, I’ll drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 3/4) take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once) and walk 3 miles.

    Just for today, I’ll listen to my body as I eat, so that I know when I am full.

    I’ve been doing this daily now for 12 years. A blessing after 6 years with an eating disorder. Glad to have found you Katiebird. You’re doing GREAT stuff over here.

    Hi FamilyMan, thanks for stopping by. Are you building a computer network at home?

    Also, your list of Migraine Resources is one of the most popular pages on this site. Someone comes here almost every hour to look at it.

    I just fixed permalinks so I can see what the titles are for the pages when they show up on the statistics list. So I didn’t really know until now just how popular it is. Thank you very much for putting it together. And all the other Migraine Diaries are popular also.

    Hi KB. That is really interesting. I’ve got some more about the visits and what medicines he’s trying me out on. I’ll be throwing up a migraine diary soon.

    Yes I’m trying to get a small network in the house. It’s only my laptop and my very old computer. I don’t know if it’s becuase the old one runs on Windows 95 or what, but I can’t even get it to recognize the net yet. A lot more playing around I can see. :)
