My New Years Resolution, Yes in September
Just today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself & use the tools and guidance from The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goal.
I’ve added a New Years countdown clock at the top of the right sidebar. We’ve got 119 days to New Year’s Eve and that’s plenty of time to reach a goal. I have this dream that by New Years I’ll lose 20 pounds. Which is optimistic at the rate I’ve been losing, but not impossible. It’s 5 pounds a month or just a little more than a pound a week.
With the worst of summer behind us (at least here in Kansas City) I’m ready to shake-up my lazy nature and get back to work. I’ve been keeping my commitment, but I haven’t put that little bit extra into it to make something exciting start to happen.
But that’s all changing today. The Hacker’s Diet is the perfect tool to help me make that goal. But, if another program or plan works for you — go for it! Can you imagine how wonderful we’ll feel if we make it through the Holidays without gaining and in fact actually losing weight?
Are you ready to make your New Years Resolution?
