Just 4 Today I’ll drink 2 liters of water [I've drunk one liter], take my fiber supplement twice [I've taken it once], walk 3 miles and gather & post some materials to support my New Years Resolution.
What are you going to do today?

J4T I’m going to drink 2 liters of water and get up and move around more.
I hope everyone is doing fine today.
Hi FamilyMan — I’m settled outside doing some patio blogging. Maybe I’ll take a photo and post it. The weather is wonderful and I’m hoping to work out here most of the day. Mister just won an eBay bid for a piece that was broken on my car during the wreck.
How is your back today? Have you ever tried one of the electronic belts? There’s something that sends little electrical pulses onto back muscles and forces them to relax. A woman at work used to use them. I guess it could be whooey though.
Hi KB. Blogging on the patio sounds nice. Now that I’ve got my wireless router, I’ll have to try that if the weather stays nice.
The back is a little bit better today. I hadn’t thought of the electronic belt. Years ago I broke my shoulder. I could barely lift my shoulder after going to PT for a week. They put a couple of pad on it and hooked them up to an electrical impulse divice. The next day was amazing. It still hurt like the dickens, but I could lift it higher. They told me I could play around with the power to see the setting I could take. I found out one thing. Don’t ever cranck it to full. I did that and the electricity made my arm start jumping all over the place, the box got out of my reach, and I couldn’t get to it. The staff came running in once I started screaming from all the pain. Lesson learned.
FM not to sound cruel but that sounds like a scene from a situation comedy….
I’ve always thought some of the things you see in sit-coms sometimes come from real life. That actually happened and I learned my lesson.
(smile) Me too.
