September 6, 2006 — Just 4 Today

Just 4 Today I’ll walk 3 miles**, drink my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once) and drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk nearly one).

**I was planning to walk again early this morning. But, it’s totally dark out (and it was when I did it yesterday too) and I just don’t want to do it. The thing is I can’t do it right after I take the fiber supplement because I take it with two large glasses of water and well it just wouldn’t work. I’d try getting to work early and walking around inside the building. That is basically what I did last year. But that perfect room has been filled with cubicles and doesn’t exist any more. So I’m back to thinking.

This isn’t quite an UPDATE, but I am very aware that the days are flying by on the way to New Year’s Eve. When I got to work yesterday I uncovered a note saying that there were 151 days ’till New Years. That’s how long I’ve been thinking about this….

I’m glad I decided to do something and not just dream.

J4T I’ll drink two liters of water and I’ll be moving around a lot.

    Hope everyone is well today.

How many days till NYE now?

I already did 4 miles this morning (I love having both kids leave early for middle school this year), and I’m going to try and squeeze in another 1.5 after lunch.

And I will sit and get the next 2 sections of my project done before I take a break.

Hi FM & CabinGirl. CabinGirl, the countdown clock on the right sidebar is SUPPOSED to be the number of days until New Years Eve. So, 116, but I’ll double check it after I get home from work.

That’s terrific that you’ve done 4 miles already! And what’s your current project. Can you tell us?
