Just 4 Today, I’m going to try to stay focused and not worry about (much) beyond the moment. I’m going to drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 2/3), take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once) walk 3 miles. And design a sign for Eat4Today Live! (I think about this everyday in the car — I know exactly how it should look, but I keep forgetting to actually make it).

Well, I already did my morning 4 miles, and now I’m going to finish 2 sections of my paper before I take a break this morning.
And then, I’m going to take a late afternoon walk again to get at least 1 more mile in today (I did 1.5 last night).
And I guess I need to weigh myself so I know when I’ve lost that 10 pounds…

Today I’ll walk during my morning break, lunch and my afternoon break. With Eat4Today Live! this evening there’s no chance that I’ll have time after work.
If I really move, I can actually walk 5 miles with this schedule.
J4T I drank my 2 liters of water. I didn’t do anything but sit and drive today. I’ll have to see how tomorrow turns out.
