September 8, 2006 — Just 4 Today

Just 4 Today I’ll drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk nearly one) take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once) and walk 3 miles. And sometime today, I’m going to go back to the early chapters of The Hacker’s Diet and review them for guidance and inspiration.

Amazing, it’s Friday already — the weeks just fly by. Which is of course one of the things that powers the Just Today movement. Do things one day at a time and the next thing you know, you’ve been doing them for a week! Which will really make a difference for those of us working on our New Year’s Resolutions.

What are you going to do today? Is there anything you’d like to do this week?

[UPDATE] It would be helpful if I actually titled my posts!

Hi, FamilyMan — it’s so terrific to see you. I’ve really been enjoying the story of your adventures with your mom. And I look forward to seeing the film version. Who would play you and your mother?

J4T I’m going to drink atleast 2litres of water, and attempt for more. The weather here is hot again, and avoiding a bad bout of dehydration means drinking plenty of water.

Day off today, so relax and enjoy!

Hello TechZ, Sticking with your blog for a whole year is quite an accomplishment. And I really like the way you make changes almost everyday.

When you say “weather here is hot again” what does that mean. In Kansas it means 90 or above (and we had, I think, 10 days above 100.) But I have the feeling you mean something hotter than that. Am I right?

Hey katiebird, hot here means over 100F, which it has been for a long time now, in fact, in summer we reach 120F at ties!
