September 9, 2006 — Just 4 Today

Just 4 today, I’ll walk 6 miles (better get going!) drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk nearly one) take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once) dig into my new Diet and Fitness software program, Performance Diet (I’ve downloaded and installed it, but haven’t run it at all yet.)

What are you going to do today? Is it as lovely where you are as it is here? We’ve got a nice nearly rainy day….

    Got my jog/walk in. Need another liter or two of water, I think.

    Other than that, I plan to enjoy my vacation.

    Hi KB. I don’t know whether to be honored you thought FARfetched was me, or FARfetched should be upset you thought he was me. :)

    Just for yesterday I didn’t get my 2 liters of water because I was on the road most of the day. Today I’m back at home and hope to get back to normal.

    BTW I really like the notify via e-mail check box. Is that html that can be placed into a template?

    I HAVE to apologize to both FARfetched and FamilyMan — I knew who I was talking to but my daily habit of talking to FamilyMan in this spot made my fingers go crazy. I started with that initial F and just kept typing.

    I’m very, very sorry. (Isn’t the proof that I asked about his ‘resort’? she asked pathetically….)

    And “FamilyMan” (if you ARE FamilyMan…) The email comment thing is a WordPress plugin that I found by way of TechZ (I think — now I’m totally confused!) I had recently turned on an option letting me see see comments on posts I write (which lately is all of them) and I thought that commenters might like the same luxury. It might become a drag if we reach the point of getting hundreds of comments. But I don’t expect that to be a problem for a year or two at this rate!

    Hi KB. No need for any apology. I thought it was really funny, and yes this is the real Family Man, maybe. :)

    Since my blog is so small I was wanting something like the notification, but I guess I’ll have to keep looking because I’m not in wordpress.

    I really like the new look of your blog. Wonderful changes all the time.
