Just 4 Today, I’ll drink 2 liters of water, walk 3 miles, take my fiber supplement twice and weigh myself (the only thing I’ve done so far)

Good morning! J4T, I’ll do my 4 mile walk this am (I only had time to fit in 2.5 yesterday, but ran part of it instead of walking), finish my paper, and hopefully make it to yoga class this evening.
I still need to weigh myself so I can meet my goal for NYE.
Well, I seem to be running in place (so to speak — Sadly, I’m not actually ‘running’ at all) I do faithfully weigh myself. But I suspect I’m caught-up on the ‘portion control’ issue.
I’m digging into those documents at Performance Diet, but I’m getting impatient. I might break down and figure out how to crack into that program before they give me the secret handshake. How weird is it that you have to take a whole class before they let you into a program?
Well. I’ve taken my fiber supplement and drunk 2/3 of a liter of water. I’m still so sleepy I could go right back to bed…..
But, instead I’ll see if I can find that password for the Performance Diet site (it should be easier now that I know where in the 3 page memo they sent me it’s buried — by the way, that’s an effective trick if you want to make sure people read your memos. Just bury information they absolutely need deep inside an otherwise obscure paragraph. They’ll read the whole thing 7 or 8 times in a desperate attempt to find it. By the time they’re done every word will be memorized!)

Just Today, I’m not going to go across the street for a cup of coffee. And since I won’t be there, I also won’t get a treat.
And Just Today, in honor of the Eat4Today Live! session — I’ll take a walk rather than think about snacking.
