Just 4 Today, I’ll drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 1/3), walk 3 miles, weigh myself (Done!) and take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once.)

Just today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself and use the tools of The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goals.

Just 4 Today, I’m going to drink 2 liters of water, weigh myself, take my fiber supplement twice, walk 3 miles.
