Just today I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself and use the tools of The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goals.

Today, I’m going to weigh myself (done), take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once), walk 6 miles, drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 2/3).

Just 4 Today, I’ll drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 2/3) walk 6 miles (Seriously, I’m going to experiment with using the park as my at-work track.) weigh myself & post it (done) and take my fiber supplement twice (done once!)
