October 5, 2006 — Just 4 Today

Just 4 Today logoJust 4 Today, I’ll drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 1 glass), take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once and I’m putting more umph into rounding the teaspoon) walk 3 miles (is it getting easier, or is there something wrong with my pedometer?) weigh myself (yes — done.)

What are you going to do today?

[UPDATE 7:30 a.m.] I just realized that I haven’t updated the Just 4 Today index list for over two weeks! That’s fixed now and all entries going back to September 19 (the last day I linked them) are now included.

I’m very, very sorry to everyone who’s been waiting for an update there. I don’t know how I let that drop. But it won’t happen again.

  1. J4T, I’m heading out for my walk (4 miles this AM) and when I get back, I will work on my latest paper for 2 hours without getting distracted.

    And I’ll go for another mile walk/run with my son this afternoon.

    I actually squeaked out 5 miles this am. Wish I were doing as well with the paper… :/
