October 8, 2006 — Just 4 Today

Just 4 Today logoJust 4 Today, I’ll weigh myself (done), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk one third), take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once) and walk 3 miles (I’ve got a couple of things to do, but I’ll leave for the track soon.)

Have you been putting something off — Maybe today would be a good day to start a project? Or make a plan . . . .
