October 27, 2006 — Just 4 Today

Just 4 Today logo Just 4 Today I will * drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 1/3) * take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once, and it really works to just take it again as soon as I walk in the door after work) * walk 3 miles (I’m very interested in learning some yoga mind/thought tricks) * NOT eat between meals and NOT take seconds (mostly I’m very good about this, but I’ve had a couple of slip-ups)

What are you going to do today? Have you noticed that this is where some of our best conversations happen?

  1. Hey! I got a Friday surprise… I dropped 2 more pounds this morning!!!!!! Maybe part of my brain leaked out during the night… nah, I don’t have 2 pounds of brain to loose. :)
    Yes, those Yoga mindtricks will make us all powerful power walkers. Actually, this weekend is the FotoFair and I don’t know how tied up I’ll be. But I promise you that I will find the time by Monday to post some Yoga stuff. Gotta run. Have a great one.

  2. Oh! I almost forgot!! Is tomorrow the official first day? I think the poster is a little intense so I haven’t put it up. But, I’ll put it up as soon as the master diary goes live in the morning.

    I’m slowly getting used to eating 3 meals a day as Ramadan is over :)
