Just 4 Today I’ll write down everything I eat or drink (as I did yesterday), drink my fiber supplement twice (I’ve drunk it once already), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/3), walk 3 miles (I’ll leave in a few minutes) and NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds!
