Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber supplement twice (this is one of the best things I do for myself), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/3), walk some (It’s our staff In Service day out at the Ag Hall of Fame and I’ve got no idea if they’ll be any opportunities to slip off for a real walk), weigh myself (YES!), and NOT eat between meals and NOT take seconds.
Because of the In Service day, I’ll be home from work early. Maybe mister and I will take a late afternoon walk together.

It’s been a terrible week for me walking wise! With the excitement/stress of the election, the lack of sleep the day after, looming deadlines, and everything else, I’ve done very little walking. My eating habits have been awful too…skipped a bunch of meals, and ate things like m&m’s and buttercream cake instead.
But this morning, I got up and ate a normal breakfast and went for my 4-mile walk (trying to squeeze in one more before it gets dark), so I’m getting back on track. Luckily, my transgressions haven’t hasn’t shown up on the scale. And I feel so much better after my walk.

Hi CabinGirl — we had wonderful weather earlier in the week — but today is cold and rainy, almost ice-storm bad. Luckily the rain stopped before it got that bad.
My experience was similar and I’m still suffering a little from loss of sleep.
But it’s worth it, what a wonderful week!
