Just 4 Today, I’ll take my fiber supplement twice (I took it first thing when I got up) – drink 2 liters of water (This has become so routine I’m thinking of dropping it from the list. But experience tells me that I’m weak and if I do, I might actually stop drinking it so regularly. Sigh.) – weigh myself (Done!) – Walk 3 miles (Just today) and NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds (I promise).
