Just 4 Today, I’ll drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/3), walk 3 miles (I’m still struggling on a new routine in this new building), drink my fiber supplement twice (I’ve drunk it once and I’ve been very consistent for several weeks now), and NOT take seconds and NOT eat between meals.
What are you going to do today?
I like just 4 today. I takes the pressure off. If you only promise to do something just for today and accomplish that you are more likely to succeed in the end. So, for today I want to complete my two-mile walk and read two books to my children. And, to be happy and laugh today.
