Wow! Look what it means to be a size 12!
Stephanie at Back In Skinny Jeans, writes some good stuff about body image. But as good as she is, nothing she’s posted packs the punch of the photo she posted this morning:

Take a trip over to Back In Skinny Jeans to read all about it (it’s fascinating). I talk about the health aspects of weight control all the time. This post is different. My point in posting this photo here is that I am amazed at just how good a size 12 woman looks standing next to a size 0 one. I think my weight goals are shifting right before my eyes.

November 28, 2006 — Just 4 Today
Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber supplement twice (I’ve drunk it once.), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 1/3 ), walk 5 miles (I walked 4 miles yesterday!), weigh myself (done), and NOT eat between meals and NOT take seconds.
What are you going to do today?

My Daily Affirmation
Just today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself and use the tools of The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goals. And I’m going to do this with renewed focus through the first of the year.

Just 4 Today:
I’ll drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 1/3). Take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve drunk it once). Walk 5 miles (I did it yesterday, I’ll do it today). And NOT eat between meals and NOT take seconds (Just Today).
