November 24, 2006 — Just 4 Today
Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber supplement twice (I’ve drunk it once.), drink 2 liters of water (Drunk about 1/3 so far), walk 5 miles (I walked 3 miles yesterday), weigh myself (done), and NOT eat between meals and NOT take seconds.
I hope Thanksgiving went well for you…. What are you going to do today?

Thanksgiving
I want to say how thankful I am for my life. I’m a very lucky woman — I’m happy with my husband, family, job and blog. And (today at least) we’re all doing pretty well.
I also want to thank everyone who reads, comments, lurks, visits or occasionally drops in to look here at Eat4Today without you, this place would be just the rambling rants of a lone middle-aged woman instead of something that’s developing into a pretty lively health/nutrition discussion group — just like I envisioned!

November 23, 2006 — Just 4 Today, Thanksgiving edition.
Just 4 Today:
I will keep to my routines of drinking 2 liters of water, walk 5 miles, taking my fiber supplement twice and NOT eating between meals and NOT taking seconds.
Just 4 Thanksgiving Day
I will put hors d’oeuvres plates together, but keep them in the refrigerator until guests actually arrive. Since I don’t plan to eat between meals, I don’t need them sitting out tempting me.
