Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber supplement twice (I’ve drunk it once), drink 2 liters of water (one glass!), weigh myself (
), and NOT eat between meals and NOT take seconds.
It’s so good to be back — and I’ve been being good, too! How about you?
Hooray, you’re back!
I’ve been good, at least I think I have. At least mostly. Tell ya what though, it’s sure easier to toss a basket of cold day-old curly fries than warm, fresh ones.
J4T I’m going to make a move toward bringing the Evil Exerbike back in the house (I was sick all last week) — if I don’t actually get it inside, I’ll at least look for a rug to put it on.
(I think my instinct would be to try reviving them on the Hamilton Grill for a few minutes before over reacting and tossing them out)(cough)
Hi FarFetched!! It’s great to see you. I stopped by your place and read about your Christmas/Epiphany traditions. And I’ve got to say, I’m impressed. Seriously. I’m going to see if I can talk anyone into it for next year.
I’m sorry you were sick last week. I was too, but I lucked out that we got 6 DAYS OFF. And I took them totally off too.
Are you actually feeling better? Don’t push the exercise bike thing too much until you are.
I had the week off for vacation too, although I spent each of the first five mornings in the chicken houses (kind of like a sweatbox). It probably didn’t help, but I’m not sure it made things all that much worse.
Yes, I’m feeling better now, although I still have the lingering cough & that’s annoying.
Oh… and if I’d had a grill handy, I might have tried warming up those fries. All I had was a microwave. Didn’t need ‘em anyway.
(shuddering at the thought of sweaty chicken houses)
