February 1, 2007 — Just 4 Today

Just 4 Today logoJust 4 Today, I’m going to take my fiber supplement twice (done it once!), hall-walk as much as possible (Snow again), drink 2 liters of water (1/3 so far) and weigh myself (Done!).

    Hi KB

    J4T I’ll drink 2 liters of water. I’m about one third of the way there today. It’s wet and dreary outside, so I’ll be staying in the house doing stuff today.

    Hope everyone is doing fine today.

    No reason to be sorry KB. If it was the opposite situation I would be complaining about the heat and dryness. I figure down here we might have 2 weeks of perfect weather a year. So my big pastime is complaining about the weather. :)
