Just 4 Today, take my fiber supplement twice (done once!), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/3!! AND did the whole 2 liters yesterday) and weigh myself (done). And walk 3 times today for 15 minutes each time (3415!). Just today.

Ruminations
I’ve been thinking about the changes I’ve made since I started my 3415 plan. By breaking my walks into smaller segments, I’ve been actually DOING it (rather than waiting for a better time – which doesn’t always come.) And I think I’m better organized this week.
Part of it, I’m sure, is that I can think (finally) because I’m not sick. But the other part is because I plan my time from walk to walk….
And those smaller goals actually get accomplished!
