Just 4 Today, take my fiber supplement twice (I’ve taken it once so far), drink 2 liters of water (so far, 1/3) and weigh myself (done
). And walk 3 times today for 15 minutes each time (3415!). Just today.
I don’t know why my weight is giving me such trouble. I mean, I know that it means that I’m not walking enough or I’m eating too much — but it feels like I’m doing what I’ve always done (and even doing a little better). Does this happen to other people? Maybe I don’t need to eat as much anymore?
