Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice, test my blood sugar at least once after every meal, drink 2 liters of water, walk 3 miles, NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
UPDATE:
- Fiber — drunk once
- Blood Sugar — 1/2-hour after breakfast, it’s 111 (which is great!)
- Water — I’ve drunk about 1/3 (can you tell that I drink my morning water with my fiber supplement?)
